After working in a biology lab for a year, Jenn decided to pursue her passion to help people and obtain her doctorate in physical therapy. From there, Jenn studied and trained extensively with Rachel Krentzman to learn how to combine her physical therapy knowledge with therapeutic yoga techniques to help patients recover from injury and manage chronic conditions. Additionally, Jenn has been advancing her functional manual therapy capabilities through The Institute of Physical Art and has spent a great deal of time studying with Judith Lasater, Shauna MacKay, Gerhard Gessner and Roger Cole.  Jenn has teaching certifications in Yoga Wall, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga for a Happy Back and yoga therapeutics.

In the San Diego community, Jenn teaches weekly therapy-based yoga classes utilizing The Great Yoga Wall. She strives to honor and support each student’s individual needs, using her deep understanding of anatomy and physiology to help them find their optimal version of each asana.   Jenn also teaches functional yoga anatomy lectures for yoga teacher trainings at various studios in San Diego as well as yoga therapy workshops for teachers and practitioners.  When Jenn is not working with clients, she enjoys exploring San Diego with her husband and their two children.
