Jenn was incredibly helpful. My right lateral knee area was on fire. I was limping. Jenn helped pin point the problem. Her amazing touch helped right away relieving the pain. She
gave me a list of exercises to strengthen the area. She took pictures of each exercise so I would remember them. Now I am able to get back to my favorite activities pickleball and Zumba. Thanks Jenn I am forever grateful. You are also an amazing creative Yoga instructor.

After seeing an orthopedic specialist for an acute back/hip issue, I was referred to Jenn by a golf buddy. After a short evaluation, Jenn concluded that I had locked up my hip playing golf. She proceeded to put me through a few, very simple movements and voila! within 30 minutes my pain was GONE!
I have since followed up with a few more sessions just to get some preventative exercises to work on going forward.
I highly recommend Jenn as she has a great feel for the body and is very in tune with the origin of the issue at hand.

I have hypermobility and with age and injuries have various aches and pains. I have tried everything- chiropractors, acupuncture, regular massage, PT. And of course traditional medicine, I am a physician! No therapy has been as impactful as working one on one with Jenn and doing her prescribed routines regularly. Jenn is the best physical therapist I ever met .
2 days into the Covid lockdown I injured my back and was unable to walk or do anything without pain.
I contacted Jenn since I knew her from the excellent yoga wall class I take with her. We had a first remote video PT session and she was a miracle.
Immediately pinpointed my SI joint problem and was able to guide me through several exercises
And recommendations.

By our second session I was much better
We had a third session and every time she made me feel much better until my pain was completely resolved.
She is really amazing , kind and knowledgeable
If you have any injury she is the correct go to person.
The video session was really easy, she can determine exactly what the problem is and fix it .

Jenn is an amazing physical therapist! She is so kind, supportive and super knowledgeable. I went to Jenn with a shoulder injury and she has been extremely helpful in the recovery process. In my sessions, Jenn starts with massage and manual therapy and then we do therapeutic exercises that are applicable to my daily movements. She incorporates yoga too, which I love! Jenn also sends a super helpful summary/instructions of the exercises we went over and videos of me doing the exercises with her cuing after the session. She also offers yoga to her clients over zoom once a week! If I could I would give Jenn more than 5 stars!

Although I am often thankful to have found Jenn, more than just this one (Thanksgiving) day or weekend, I do want to express my gratitude. Her class has ignited a fire within me in my pursuit of a career in physical therapy and yoga. It was amazing to find out how multidimensional yoga could be, that movement could be so dynamic or so still, yet so healing, and all of the modifications she showed us! I often find myself using her modifications and cues while helping patients in the clinic. It's so exciting when a new one works for a particular patient. Discovering that it was possible to combine yoga and physical therapy just feels so *me* and I really want to thank her for always being kind and welcoming and for taking me in. She is truly an inspiring giver.
