I initially met her through yoga classes at my health club and consulted her for PT when I was having cyclical issues with my knees for months after exiting PT following a surgery. It was an extremely frustrating and difficult time, with periods of relative improvement alternating with periods marked by joint stiffness and muscle cramping/fatigue. The previous PT had given me advice to ‘keep moving’ but I had to face that it just wasn’t working.
Upon an initial evaluation and hearing the history, Jenn was able to quickly identify the likely source of the problem and prescribe specific stretches and exercises to address it. Within two weeks, I had seen significant improvement and it has been a steady path upward since. After three months and only several more visits, I am now back to full activity with no symptoms and feel that I have my life back!

Jenn will gently guide you through posture, gait, and functional movement assessments to uncover the root causes of discomfort or limitations. During this session, Jenn will also analyze your movements to identify key areas of focus and begin developing your personalized treatment plan. From there, she’ll work with you to create a simple daily movement routine—just 15 minutes once or twice a day—that feels achievable and fits naturally into your life. This session sets the foundation for everything to come, giving you the tools and confidence to move toward lasting change.

Initial Assessment
Healing and progress take time, and follow-up visits are designed to keep you moving forward at your own pace. In these sessions, Jenn will check in on how your body is responding, make adjustments to your routine, and introduce new techniques and exercises as needed. Whether it’s manual therapy, movement re-education, therapeutic yoga, or refining your plan, each visit is a collaborative space to explore what’s working, address new concerns, and help you feel your best. These sessions are all about meeting you where you are and keeping your progress steady and sustainable.

For those looking to deepen their yoga practice or address specific concerns, private yoga sessions provide the personalized attention that group classes can’t. Jenn creates a supportive space to help you refine alignment, build strength, and prevent injury. These sessions are fully customized to your needs and may include the use of the Great Yoga Wall, a versatile tool for improving body awareness and enhancing your practice. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to fine-tune your flow, private sessions offer a safe and empowering way to grow.
