I have lived with a chronic achy agitating pain in my neck for about three years.
I stretch and massage my neck so frequently that people have thought it was a nervous tick. Anyway, today after working at my desk for a few hours my whole body checked in with me and in elation screamed, “ we don’t hurt today!” I really credit the work we did last night and what is so amazing is how subtle it was. You are absolutely amazing to me in that way. You introduce these movements that appear so subtle and yet have such huge impact. I will continue with the work you have shown me and i appreciate you so very much.”
