Tuesdays, 5:30–6:45 PM: Yoga Wall
Explore the benefits of the Yoga Wall, a unique tool that supports alignment, builds strength, and deepens stretches in a safe, accessible way.

Wednesdays, 9:30–10:30 AM: All Levels Yoga Flow
A dynamic flow class designed for practitioners of all levels, focusing on mindful movement, breath, and balance.

Wednesdays, 11:00 AM–12:00 PM: Stretch + Foam Roll
Relieve tension and improve mobility with a guided session combining stretching techniques and foam rolling for full-body release and movement restoration.

Fridays, 8:30 AM–9:45 AM: Gentle Yoga
A slow and nourishing practice designed to help you release tension, connect with your breath, and cultivate a deep sense of relaxation. This class focuses on mindful movement, gentle stretches, and supportive postures, making it perfect for all levels—especially those looking for a softer, more restorative approach to yoga.

Fridays, 10:00–10:50 AM: All Levels Yoga Flow
Ease into the weekend with this energizing yoga flow, tailored for practitioners at every stage of their journey

Fridays, 11:00 AM–12:00 PM: Stretch + Foam Roll
End the week with a restorative class that blends stretching and foam rolling to enhance recovery and flexibility.

I am mentally and spiritually loving and physically benefiting from Dr. Jenn’s evening Therapeutic Yoga classes (currently delivered via Zoom).  As an aging dancer with residual twinges and challenges due to former injuries, I am re-establishing my ‘center’ of movement  as a direct result of joining her Therapeutic Yoga sessions.  My flexibility and alignment are safely returning.  

Dr. Jenn’s lovely and joyous spirit infuse her teaching.  Her mastery of kinesiology informs her work and provides me with the confidence to delve into her modern presentation of this ancient practice (even at the age of 68 years young).  

Additionally, in this challenging and difficult time, the calming results of this therapeutic practice also serve to ease anxiety and help me to sleep.

Yoga Therapeutics - Coming Soon!

Moving away from an athletic approach to yoga practice, this is a slower paced class that focuses on healing and managing injuries, chronic conditions and preventing re-injury.  The class will provide technical details on the anatomy and physiology of yoga asana to help you fully take advantage of its restorative essence.

Rebuild yourself after a long day of pursuing your endeavours.

Classes are $10/class/household.

Submit payment through Paypal or Venmo at least an hour before class start time.
Please note the date of the class in the payment.

We will send you a zoom invite 60 minutes before the class.
