 I have being enjoyed Jenn’s therapeutic yoga very much. She teaches the yoga with clear, precise instructions, and you will be able to understand and follow her right away. Her explanation to every movement with the coordination of muscle fibers, tendons, and connect tissues are very helpful to my yoga practicing. I found it helps to strengthen my legs, arms and body muscles, and my flexibility. Her teaching is simple yet deep.

She has lovely and happy personality which makes her yoga class a A plus.

It is a great therapeutic yoga class for your mind, body, and spirit and I will continue to join her class. I would recommend to all my friends to joint the class.

I’ve really enjoyed the reprieve that Jenn’s Zoom class has given me every week this year.  It’s so freeing to practice at home where I can feel truly comfortable to just do my best or look ridiculous. At the same time, I value the mutual accountability that having a ‘real time’ instructor gives me.  Jenn is so responsive to requests and questions, and I know she’ll miss me if I’m not in class.

I’ve taken Jenn’s Zoom yoga classes a few times and after every class I come away thinking the same things— She has such a kind,  gentle and encouraging spirit that comes through the whole class.  The space where she videos the class is calming and peaceful and the “tech” side of it has always been so smooth. As for her yoga instruction, I just love how she gives little tidbits of information about the poses and how they should feel and how to adjust.  It’s really the first yoga class where I’ve felt like I was doing the poses correctly because she gave those additional cues. I recommend it for sure!!

“I am mentally and spiritually loving and physically benefiting from Dr. Jenn’s evening Therapeutic Yoga classes (currently delivered via Zoom).  As an aging dancer with residual twinges and challenges due to former injuries, I am re-establishing my ‘center’ of movement  as a direct result of joining her Therapeutic Yoga sessions.  My flexibility and alignment are safely returning.

“For weeks, painful upper back and shoulder tension interfered with my daily life, only to escalate right as shutdowns began amidst the COVID-19 crisis. As a mother of three young children, perpetual back pain was one more unsustainable stressor while sheltering-in-place.
